USELESS, DISGRACEFUL SERVICE ALWAYS

I have been waiting for an authorisation for a small procedure I need for the last 2 weeks, all you get on mail is a ******, stupid reference number all different for the same.

The whats'up line only understand when after 20 million messages without any success of course, you tell it what it can do with itself, then you get a reply SWEARING IS IMPOLITE, hell it's the only thing it seems to understand.

Huge amounts of money we pay them for what??????
