USELESS DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID

My wife has been on discovery health for a year now and the agreed amount was R1650, it remained that way for a few months then Discovery decided to increase the amount without a notification to R1817. They then sent a mail saying that she has to complete a key care income verification affidavit declaring that she is still unemployed. She did so and sent everything back and the consultant said she would call back to confirm everything but since that day she hasnt received a call back. Then they deducted R2497 without warning AGAIN. BEAR IN MIND SHE CAN'T EVEN GET A BENELIN FOR FLU OVER THE COUNTER WITHOUT A DOCTERS NOTE. THEY ARE BY FAR THE MOST USELESS MEDICAL AID. SINCE THEY CAN'T ANSWER THE PHONES AT WORK AND PLACE YOU ON HOLD FOREVER, BUT HAVE TIME TO RESPOND ON HELLO PETER, MY WIFE WOULD LOVE TO CANCEL WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
