Useless Discovery Medical aid

I have been with these clowns for over 20 years. And unfortunately I am still with them. because if I change now the new medicalAid will not cover me for 6 months, so that a risk. In any case they are useless after 20 years of submitting accounts from the same doctor they still ask who is my doctor and want you to change one of there useless DR but they will pay for that. Then they don't pay for my Bloods for over 2 months a standard blood test that they insist you should do every year. its now 3 month the excuses are one after the next and the latest they can read the invoice using there app. oh even better they have what appear to be a great app that is so confusion it take over hour to work out what you want, if you try phone them the menus don't make any sense, and it take over 30 min to speak to a person. let me not go on. But if your looking for Medical aid avoid these guys like the plague they are really useless . Try any one else , as I said I am still with them but I really hope the NHS actually comes into being it can not be any worse than these clowns.
