USELESS DISCOVERY HEALTH STRIKES AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am on discovery classic priority and high risk moles on my body needs to be cut out as these could develop into cancer. But discovery refuses to pay for this preventative procedure (although a biopsy hasn't been done yet). They will however pay for if this becomes cancerous, so thank goodness for that..... Logically from a business perspective this makes no sense at all as over a long term cycle this will end up costing discovery more.
