USELESS DISCOVERY HEALTH LISTED ME ON ITC!!!!!

Once again i find myself needing to complain about Discovery Health even though i cancelled my membership months ago due to the pathetic service received from them as their so called 'loyal member'! Through all the years i was with DH all communication has been through email, upon cancelling my membership i was notified that i had an amount outstanding to which i emailed permission for them to debit the amount from my account! A few months later i found myself being listed by the ****s of DH on ITC for the outstanding amount!! When enquiring about this their excuse was that they tried contacting me via post! REALLY?? POST?? when all communication had been via email and phone they now decided that the SA Postal service was the best way to communicate an outstanding bill?? Come on DH!! THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I WILL NEVER EVER, EVER, EVER DEAL WITH DH AGAIN!!
