Useless Discovery

I have still not sorted the medical aid payment issue and now discovery has take off a massive premium. The link has a form that you must fill in but not everyone has computers printers and scanners at home. I will have to take leave to collect all the date they want and get it in a format to load on the form. After trying for days to contact discovery to talk to n human I am now giving up and going to cancel my medical aid. But OH I can’t because you have to phone them and they don’t answer their phones. They say they are emailing me but all I get is a OTP email every time I try and do something. Maybe discovery must pay more attention to their clients than sucerity nobody is going to steel my medical aid. I am at wits end and don’t know what to do any more. Discovery Health is beyond useless at communicating that just like take take poor people money
