USELESS DISCOVERY

I wish I could give Discovery a 0 rating. The absolute worst medical aid on the block. A bunch of ****sters if you ask me. I have not had one week this year where I have not had to query something with Discovery and their claims department. Shocking service in general as well. I have only had one instance where I had a lady actually assist me and know what she was talking about, other than that absolutely useless. Happy to take almost R9000.00 a month for shocking service and are not willing to do anything to improve. They seem to think they're the best and therefore they don't seem to care about their customers. SAY NO TO DISCOVERY!
