Useless Discovery
Been trying to add a dependant on my medical aid since Dec 2021 to no avail. I am being charged for the extra dependant and the dependant in question is also still paying for her medical aid. After numerous calls I am still none the wiser and no one can figure it out, last call today was 27 minutes before I got cut off and it was clear that Lerato could not help me either.
