Useless Discovery

Took out a plan for my son who is 26 now about 5 years ago. Never ever used it until recently when he injured his leg quite badly. After all the tests and scans which they rejected the Operation is now rejected because knees and shoulders are an exclusion. Total utter bull!!! He now is limited to a life of a cripple since he cannot walk with the leg . This medical aid is totally useless and I would never recommend anything with the name DISCOVERY attached to it.
