USELESS DISCOVERY

I have Chrons disease, diagnosed over 6 years ago. Now all of a sudden im not covered for that condition but something else. Discovery refuses to pay doctors visits, blood tests or anything affiliated with my condition. Went for a procedure on the 7th of September, got pre auth from Discovery, paid a ridiculous R4200 co payment and they still refuse to pay the hospital AFTER authorization. When you email them you get the same lame answers. I will NOT recommend this useless medical aid to anyone. After paying well over R100,000 in 3 years they cant pay for a R3000 procedure.
