Useless Discover Health medical aid

Discovery is a useless and nonsense medical aid. They just want your money but when supposed to do their part, no desire to do right b the customer. I claimed R2000 not for the fist time after 12 years of paying. Money got paid into an account that I closed 10 years ago. Upon following up, they just told me to go investigate with the bank. How on earth do you get the debit account correct but the credit one incorrect. Discovery handled this so poorly that they were not even interested to help me recover the money.
