Useless Customer service

The helpdesk at Discovery is a complete waste of time. My query goes back to December and I have had to follow up multiple times. They say they will respond in two working days but that seldom happens. Each bit of communication goes to a different person and each one does not bother following the history. They dont read the query with the intention to understand and solve it. They just send a standard reply. Absolutely ridiculous.
