Useless Customer Service

I cancelled my discovery medical aid. I know I have to pay in an amount of money which was paid to medical service providers from my medical savings account. I've been receiving threating telephone calls that legal action will be taken. I have not received ONE document/account that reconciles what I owe to discovery. I am more than willing to pay the amount, but with no info that is not possible. Unfortunately I did not take the persons name who contacted me and threatened me with legal action. I lodged a query on their website on Thursday already, with the following reference number ***. To date no one has contacted me. This just proves that I made the best choice leaving discovery!!! Someone better contact me and send me details regarding the payment I must make.
