Useless Customer Service
Useless Customer Service. Suddenly we seem to not have access to chronic medication (I discovered when I went to the pharmacy). Try and get hold of Discovery..... The Whatsapp keep refering one to a "Chatbot". Sorry but the concept of a "CHATBOT" doesn't work when one has an issue which needs immediate attention. The modern AI run world has serious limitations and I also emailed the CEO.

04 Sept 2023, 09:08Just further to the above. This is not the first time this has happened and Discovery come back at a later stage and have to refund monies. It is to do with misplaced charging in relation to procedures which should be coming off a cancer account and not a savings account. This is not an acceptable state of affairs. We need the chronic medication today, not at some arbitrary time in the future when Discovery gets it's act together.
