Useless company

I downgraded my medical aid and I was sent a new medical aid certificate that states I have downgraded but at the end of the month I got billed the same amount and when I view my payslip it shows that I have not been downgraded when I ask for help from discovery people they ignore me, I will never recommend this stupid company and I will continue to embarrass you on social media
