Useless chronic department

<p>I have been on chronic for over 5 years. This year suddenly they cannot pay in full because I must use drugs on their list. I provided doctor motivation as to how I tried the drugs on their list and why it never work. </p> <p>All these years they never say I must use drugs in their list. They paid in full. Now suddenly they cannot. </p> <p>Their appeal process is a joke. </p> <p>They have pharmacists and nurses approving medication not even real doctors who are specialists in the field. </p> <p>They just after money not worried about any one's health. </p>
