Useless, but what's new?

Why do I pay R4000 per month for something so useless? I get authorisation from discovery for 15 PMB with my psychologist... But they only deducted 5 from those 15 and said that my benefit is depleted. Eight of my sessions were paid out of my savings of which 3 were paid from PMB as well as my savings. Now, my savings is depleted... I am one person on my medical aid paying R4000 a month for a R11000 savings which is depleted in July but my PMB benefit is sitting at only 33%. When I phone discovery all I get is my benefit is depleted. I have the original letter approving 15 sessions but discovery is adamant that I was only approved for 5. This company is absolutely useless. I'm moving my medical aid as soon as I can as obviously it is only about money and ******** people for them. I have the date evidence and everything and all they can do to resolve the issue is to credit my account with the wrong doctor and wrong amount. I should be credited with around R8000 not R458. Useless. Useless. Useless. They are probably just as good as the NHI is going to be. **********, ******* and a ******** mess
