Useless bunch

Called them multiple times to remove a previous pregnancy that ended last year. I have a new pregnancy but they’re still calculating everything as the first pregnancy which was lost last year. I am now not getting any of my money back because they say I’ve used all my benefits which I’ve not because this is a new pregnancy.

The agents are useless and I’ve spoken to about 5 of them all of which said they’ll escalate and call back. I’m yet to receive a call back. I’ve been in this situation of back and forth for 3 months.
