Useless and Sly!

Useless and sly! My elderly Mom's husband passed away 2 months ago. He was the main member of this medical for many many years, and she was his only dependant. I have assisted her and after numerous calls, many e-mails they have confirmed.... she had to pay an amount that was in arreas due to her having to apply to be the main member(which has still not been done from their side) An e-mail confirming the amount from them yesterday. So we had to go to the bank, withdraw from her account to go to FNB to deposit into Discovery bank account Today she receives an email that it was received BUT she must pay another (huge) amount to be re-i stated! I have the email where we've requested the full amount she had to pay...and now this! So my 83 yo Mom has to go back to the banks, do all of this again, have it sent to discovery again and maye it is done this time around? After I have specifically asked them to send the whole amount to be paid so that she is covered! This is ******** and intentional! They most definitely know that if something should happen to her, they wont pay! And similar things have happened to others I personally know in the past too. This is why I have shifted to Momentum Discovery is useless and sly!
