useless and pathetic service
Last time I phoned it took 20 minutes to sort out an issue. I need authorsation for surgery. As usual , holding on for a long time . " high call volume" Have e mailed them the codes

10 Oct 2023, 13:37A bizarre request for motivation for a kidney test. I take a med called cyclosporine. It is toxic to the kidneys. I need blood test every 2 weeks for 3 months and then monthly if my kidney function is normal. My kidney function ( creatinine) 21 August 2023 was 95. Then on 9 October , yesterday , it was 142 . Please can a qualified & competent
medical doctor look at this and respond by e mail. I'm tired of talking of talking and holding on for a " skilled consultant who will be with me shortly"
