Useless and Pathetic Covid Vaccine Services

Discovery Health is completely useless when it comes to assisting clients with Covid Vaccine related queries. My Father and Grandmother went for their first vaccines at Discovery Place in Sandton, they are now both due for their second vaccine and neither of them have received an sms to confirm their appointments for their second shots. In fact the only sms messages they got was to go to a disgusting public clinic in Boksburg for the second vaccine where they will most likely be ****** and end up with Covid. You also cannot book on the Discovery website for your second vaccine, it seems your only choice to get the second vaccine is to go to a public clinic as Discovery Place refuses to assist and only says you need to go where the government sms sends you. Does Discovery honesty expect their clients who pay exorbitant amounts for Medical Aid to go to disgusting, dirty and unsafe places and areas to get vaccinated. Needless to say unless this is sorted out neither my Father or Grandmother will be going for their second doses. The service being received on this matter from Discovery has been nothing short of completely useless and pathetic
