Useless admin!

Final chance Discovery. I'm ready to cancel my medical aid with you this week due to your awful billing admin. You continually switch between paying providers directly and then suddenly paying me instead, with no rhyme or reason. I've received multiple excuses including that providers have changed their details (not true!). You also pay a month late at times so I'm left trying to consolidate your random payments every month! And then there's my son's PMB authorisation which constantly requires new hoops to jump through for claims! I want a proper solution, not some ******* copy paste answer.
