Hello,<br> <br> I do not understand how I have medical aid with discovery, I pay discovery but when I need to know were my benefit stand I get told to call I saw you saw. <br> <br> I don't know these people, I don't pay these people any of my money so why should I even have communication with them. <br> <br> I called your contact center before, firstly NKOSI who was assisting me did not even know what my question is which was simply to check for me when I can go for spectacles again.<br> <br> He then rambled on about the optical benefit, shame I worked for discovery I know he was just reading it Not the point though, the point is this guy ignored my question and wanted to get his high score. <br> <br> Then I am told to contact lord knows who to get information, I thought if you pay KFC for your chicken, they won't send you to Pick n Pay when you want to know more information.<br> <br> So please explain to me how the hell you can tell me to contact someone else when it is you who takes my R2800 rands every single month???
