Useless

I joined discovery med aid on the highest plan 2 months ago after being on fedhealth because i thought they are a better med aid. To my worst shock i have a injury that i have to be taken to hospital on holiday just to find out i dont have a med aid because im on a 3 months waiting period?? Now this to me is totally rediculous seeing i was on a med aid without being sick on the last 5 years i just wanted to upgrade hence i have life ins and vehicle ins at discovery. Now after further investigating i now realise they put my fiance on as main member??? And they charging me for vitality on my life policies and on med aid??? When u phone u hold on for 30 mins plus and then speak to a call centre agent that cannot help u they tell u they are juat call centre agents???

I will be cancelling all bussiness with discovery from here because i think it is totally pathetic, if i was told this before hand i would have stayed on previous med aid cause its dangerous being without a med aid.
