Urgent help and admission !!!

You guys notice jack **** . You guys agents are the worst utterly pathetic and useless . They don't know they jobs . 3 weeks 3 dam weeks and nothing !! And ohh I have all call recordings from your *********** idiots of agents at the call center !!! Realize that this is life and death not some policy they selling just to get paid !! I pay for my medical aid but don't receive from you guys. How are you guys building trust with you'll paying customers?? I want this resolved today as am in serious pain and I won't worry to take this matter to court along with proof and doctors forms and as well as call recordings to those *********** agents !! It's disgraceful how you guys display yourself .take a look lately at the complaints instead of compliments!!!

So I'm here again another day full of traumatic pains and anxiety. My authorisation is now sitting with forensics from last week yesterday at 7.30pm a lady calls when I was unable to take her call and took medication to sleep cause I couldn't handle the pain. My mother however who is the main member did speak to her apparently she has to speak to me to ask me what's going on. I do not know whether I have any brain damage or internal bleeding and they taking they're sweet time for me to get the help I need !!! Highly dangerous and life threatening for me !! The ladies name is Kwena Mabule and this is the message we received from her "Good day. Please contact Kwena Mabule at Discovery Health on *** and use your membership number as a reference when returning the call. Thank you." Without any time frame nothing today morning at 9am call the number it says invalid land , then decided to call discovery to transfer the call they did so call transferred then the call cut called back again they took my details said she will call me ...prior to this Kwena mentioned she could call anytime of the day as she is busy ...like ****ing seriously ? My life's in danger and she doesn't care less or has a passion for what she did !! Highly frustrating will take this matter to court . It is now 20:02 still waiting for a call from her. The level of *********** and care free is very frustrating and I hope they kids or parents go thru this traumatic experience to open their ****ing heads and help patients that actually ****ing pay for their treatments!! I'm done with this **** ***** medical scheme ... will take this matter to court !!!
With all my GP forms and call recordings and everything !! Discovery will learn not to mess with people's well being and give people the fair treatment the ****ing pay for
