Update on refund

I’ve been calling this contact centre trying to fix my banking details for the refund which is due to me and I’ve spoken to some friendly , we’ll mannered staff but today I called and got through to Nkosinathi. What an ill- mannered , obnoxious and absurd consultant. I don’t know who he thought he was but it wasn’t goof customer service he gave me and he was very unsure of the information he gave me. If he doesn’t want to work then he mustn't answer phones because he even sounded bored. I need help with my refund which is due to me. I’ve been calling but Nkosinathi blew me off what an appalling service
