Update my credit bureau

I sent an email on the 7th of November to healthinfo@disc… and subject was my ID number. I sent them a POP for R290 for a clawback amount that I didn’t see initially but only saw on my credit record. Fair, however after the POP was received I expected them to reply to me and send an update to credit unions but they havent
