***** Up on Discovery Side

I had medical aid with Discovery. Last year I cancelled my medical aid and asked for a settlement amount. They sent me the settlement amount, which we paid the day after. A month later they came back and said I owed them more money and because someone in their offices had my cancellation date incorrect, I must now try to pay this additional amount with monthly money I must get from where???
