up and down for Reverse Claim

i am so tired of Discovery Health... I cant wait for the end of the year to close my account with them, really. i wish it was December already.<br> <br> 2 months back, a doctor claim an amount that we didn't agree on. fine. i spoke to Junaid Sataar and he gladly help me and give me the reverse form to reverse the money. the money was reversed back to my MSA within 5 days, all was well. last month, i see that the same money was paid again to the doctor, i called some lady and she said she is logging an inquiry to reverse the money again, and she gave me the ***. 3 days later, i called to find out why is it not reversed, only to find out that she didn't log the inquiry. woooow!!! someone again log an inquiry and give me the ***. only to be called to say money cannot be reversed because the doctor is the one who has to reverse the money. IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT TWO MONTHS AGO, DID YOUR POLICY CHANGE OVER NIGHT?????? can you please reverse the money coz my MSA now is R0 because of that amount and i need to get my daughter the vaccination on the 24th of June....
