Unwarranted non-reimbur*****t of medical expenses

I was told by a consultant via the phone that discovery would pay for my family’s travelling PCR tests, however when push came to shove they refused to make payment. I am now out of pocket this money and they are telling me I was given incorrect information by their employee. I had more than sufficient funds in my MSA to fund the payment. This whole experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth about how the medical aid has treated me in this regard.
