Untouchables at Discovery Claims

I have been with Discovery medical aid since 1999 i think. 2013 I travelled abroad and returned in Sept 2014. My son was born overseas and we furnished all the documents and explanations and supporting documents and invoices for the claim. <br> <br> My wife had fibroids and could not travel to give birth in SA.<br> <br> Every week i call discovery only to be told that :<br> 1- Claims people are not contactable.<br> 2 - ITC goes through the call centre<br> <br> to date i have never received feedback or been called by discovery to discuss or ask for any clarity.<br> For instance i get told the statement does not show whether it is natural or C-section. I suspect they must have some high IQ people looking at claims, since it is rather obvious a women with fibroids and her doctor advised her not to fly. nice question or is it rather obvious.<br> <br> My point nobody calls me, I have been calling discovery since Aug to sort out this, yet i have not received one call from them, just repeated requests for clarity. I requested a manager call me, still waiting.<br> <br> I either want all my premiums back since end 2013 or they must pay the claim which is less that my total premiums paid up to date.
