Unsuccessful in getting Code for PSA examination.

I'm going this route as an absolute late resort, and hope I can get assistance.

Please can a Team leader or manager contact me, as I am being sent from pillar to post with no luck, and I am spending a small fortune of phone calls.

I have been trying to get a code for my doctor to resubmit my prostate screening examination, so that this can be paid for as a PSA ( Prostate specific antigen) , done on the 19th of November 2020. A physical prostate examination was done by my doctor in his surgery before I went for numerous blood tests, which I have been billed for by Pathcare.

Been trying , but with no luck whatsoever. Spoke to numerous Discovery consultants , reference ***, *** and *** and ***… but still no luck.

I sent an email to *** on the 8th of December, and also no response at all.

My doctor spoke to me now as well, he says he also doesn’t know what code needs to be used, as everything for my visit on the 19th of November was put through using code 0190 “ General Consultation”. ( there numerous on this day). One of the Discovery consultants advised me that one of these need to be changed from a 0190 code to the PSA code , in order for Discovery can process payment.

He has asked me to contact Discovery to try and find out what code he needs to use, so that he can resubmit in order for the PSA to be paid by Discovery.

Please assist me as I don’t know what more to do.
