Unsatisfied services

Good day

I was rushed to private hospital on the 19.11.2023 and on the 21.11.2023 I phoned discovery to send me email of statements. The figured are insane to a point that I phoned again to escalate the query , call center agent give me ticket request number:***, which it did not have details later when I follow up on the request. Another agent confirmed that ticket deos not have information. I am tired of calling discovery call centre for nothing not taking my query serious.

I have not received service from discovery still awaiting their agent to call me.
