Unresolved issues from 24 August query
To Whom It May Concern I logged a query with Hello Peter on 24 August 2026 about an option change My option has been reinstated but my PMB benefits and chronic meds are still not activated and the R1000/R1500 in my health fund has disappeared Please correct both issues urgently and give me a reference number and timeline for resolution
