Unresolved claim with discovery

Hi there . I am currently on Discovery Coastal core and am 17 weeks pregnant. My gynaecologist has sent me for Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) screening. According to my maternity benefit I am covered for one (NIPT) TEST. I had the test done and now I have a bill of almost R2000!!!! I called discovery to query this claim and a lady by the name of thembisihle was very confused. She put me on hold over 6 times and then explain that I have to send a email to the NIPT Department... No where on the discovery app it says that a email must be sent forward before the test. So why am I liable for this cost???? On top of that the agent tells me I will only be covered if I'm high risk. What bull**** is that??? So that means discovery will only pay out if my unborn baby is high risk... Very frustrating....
