Unresolved claim from Nov 2014

G'day, <br> <br> I was invlolved in a cycling accident in Oct 2014 and eventually had my expenses covered as a PMB condition. Unfortunately Discovery took unreasonably long to approve the PMB cover and as such I settled my medical bills (physiotherapy) in cash and asked to be re-imbursed seperately by the medical aid. <br> <br> I have submitted all necessary documentation to Discovery (ie, invoices and proof of payment) but have only been re-imbursed partially. The claims department have mixed up payments and split the payments to go partially to me and in part to the Physio. My online statement also shows that funds have been paid from my medical savings instead of from the PMB, but strangely enough no funds have been received into my account. Discovery have made a complete mess of a simple claim and through the countless enquiry/reference numbers logged since Nov 2014, no one has been able to assist me in resolving this. The call centre staff commit to giving me feedback but never do. I have to make endless calls upon calls to follow up but am not getting anywhere close to resolving this. All I want is for someone to take responsibilty to reslove and close this matter. <br> <br> Karshan Naicker
