Unresolved claim for 5 months still unresolved

Discovery health has to be the most pathetic medical aid when it comes to submitting a claim! I've been struggling for 5 months to get a claim resolved. I do exactly what they request, get updated info from Dr. Motivation letters etc. Everytime it get escalated by discovery! Never resolved! You phone to follow up and Everytime you speak to a new manager! Who needs to go through the whole process again. Escalation again! How difficult can it be? You can never speak to anyone who deals with the claim. No feedback unless you phone to enquire again! 5 months! Still no answer? But they take your money every month!!
