Unreliable System

Discovery has no respect and any regard for Customers. Their system is dysfunctional, broken and *************. They debited my account 3 times with absolutely no sensible reason. When I speak to their Customer service they are rude and don't care about listening or understanding my problem. I spoke to 3 people who all 3 speak different things.
