Unreliable service

I am on 1 chronic medication. I pay my monthly Discovery fee regurlarly. Sudenly my medication is not paid. I have to see the specialist 2x a year. Payment by Discovery is so poorly, that my doctor is contracted out. I know I have to submit the bill now. But can I trust Discovery for my due money?
