Unreliable Medical Aid

Discovery is the worst money-sucking medical aid ever. I pay alot of premium every month which by the way increases every year and yet I'm always out of day-to-day funds. And the other medical benefits you will never get to use because they decline decline decline claims. I was in Netcare hospital in November, I came in through emergency. I was discharged same day. And as usual I didn't have day to day funds available but at least I have "unlimited hospital benefits" but Discovery has been declining all the hospital claims. I am now left with a hospital debt I have to pay from my own pocket. I am tired. I always have to use my own money for medical needs when I have a medical aid. I am definitely leaving Discovery in this coming new year.
