Unreliable.

Worst possible service.. I had a Auth code that was approved for my son to see a specialist due to the fact that I change the appointment date with the Dr I called in to change approval date of the Auth code to the 25 of Nov.. The agent advised it was done.. When I got to the Dr I had to pay for the consultation which I was advised by discovery agents I could claim it back.. On the 29th I send through my claim got a auto reply with a Reff.. The 30th of Nov I called them for feedback I was advised claims take 2-3days fine.. Today I called again to follow up and I'm told the Auth codes date was never changed and my claim wasn't even touched now I have to wait until next week Tuesday to get my money back.. This is pathetic. Horrible service
