Unrefunded medical savings funds
Discovery had de*****ed me by taking R6200 from my medical savings account to pay for my MRI scan and my doctor informed me that Discovery should have taken R2500 from my savings funds and the rest from my hospital funds. When I called the call centre to tell them about this they started calling me even pretending to care about my knee. They said after returning my savings funds they will pay my doctors and to my surprise my doctors are still not paid. Now Discovery be warned I think this is something that you are used to doing but this time you have met your match. *****ed company I will make sure the social media and print media gets a hold of this story, I will expose your *****ed ways for the whole country to see.

As confirmed on our previous telephonic communication, your claims were processed accordingly. Your Medical Savings Account (MSA) was since used to fund for your Doctor's accounts.
The funds have already been released to your provider during the course of last week and your provider is more than welcome to view their claims online via the Discovery Website alternatively they can confirm the payment once they received their claims statement.
