Unprofessional Service Ever Experienced!

Discovery may I just say how unimpressed I am with your services.

I have been rejected an opportunity to go for an important procedure, then given false hope (confirmed telephone conversation with a consultant which magically can not be found) to be approved and then rejected again a day before my procedure is due!

I will definitely be switching my medical aid to a company more competent and caring about their members when the time is open to do so!
