Unprofessional conduct

Nurran Abdullah from discovery is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to ask why I an being charged an amount for exiting from Discovery medical aid through my employer to join my wife's medical aid. After I submited notice to change schemes yesterday I received a letter from Discovery that I must pay them an amount of R454.02 for exiting. When I asked why there was a difference between the credit balance showing on my app, she got rude and started laughing.
