Unprofessional Billing and Double Charges

Hi. I was communicated on 15/12/2014 that I had R273 left on my self payment gap to pay and than go onto above threshold savings. It was confirmed via email from Discovery and i thereafter phoned the call centre to confirm as i wanted to get new spectacles. it was confirmed and i paid the difference when i got my spectacles in December 2014. Later discovery said i they made an error and my self payment gap was around R1500 more than communicated as they reversed an entry mistake made on there side. Now Discovery is deducting the R1500 from new medical aid savings which is unfair and the error was made by Discovery. If i new of the amount i would have waited for Jan 2015 to get my spectacles. My query is going on from Jan 2015 and it is still not resolved and i am now paying my doctors fee in full and discovery is also reducing my medical savings without reimbursing me for the doctors visit paid. this is unprofessional.
