Unprofessional behaviour

<p>I was with Discovery Health for 7 years, I joined a new company and had to cancel my Discovery plan and join the mandatory company plan. I called Discovery and did the termination and they told me that I my Med aid savings account had a positive balance and therefore I would receive a payout from Discovery of R2400. Three days later they told me that they had made a mistake and now I would have to pay in R500. I find this unprofessional and this sort of mistake is unacceptable.</p>
