Unprofessional and rude

Paid outstanding amount after cancellation. Received email from Edmund Majola at 17:49 to pay. Tried to phone then but they not working. Tried to phone today, what a nightmare!!!! Not working again and phone was put down in my ear. First check your records before sending such email, it was paid 96 hours (4 days) ago.
