Unprofessional

I am not happy with the treatment my sister received, she moved from bestmed to discovery in January and today we are stuck she needed to admitted and discovery told her about 12months waiting period of which they never mentioned before, all they said was, there will be no waiting period because she's movibg from one company to another, thats how they've been selling themselves to everyone at work, fortunately me and her we working for the same company.
We had to leave the hospital and wait for discovery to send a so called MPA form to the GP to fill and in and send it back to them which they will take 4-7days to assess while my sister is suffering, from 14:00hrs we've been waiting by the GP and the form was never sent till now.

Please treat this as a matter of urgency, everything that Discovery is talking about are nowhere mentioned in your documentation that my sister signed. We've went through all the documents. We spoke to one of your employees last seeking assistance, he promised to call back and he didn't which shows how unprofessional discovery is. Discovery service is extremely poor. U cannot put someone who's already suffering from stress and add more on top.
