Unpaid medical claims by Discovery Health

I did I a spinal cord operation on the 24th June this year Sunninghill hospital. My Neurosurgeon bill was R120 000, they only paid 50% of the claim . Am on classic saver plan and the aer suppose to bro paying 100% for hospitalisation.
