Unpaid Maternity Benefit claim

Unpaid maternity claim. I have been given the run around about the refund that is suppose to paid into my account. When I called on the 21st Dec I was told the claim was received on the 29Dec and yet I received an email on the 15th stating that the claim has been processed and will take 2 - 3 business working days to reflect into my account
